PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP - $120

Individuals actively employed in or concerned with career and technical education. Members in this category are eligible to vote, serve on committees and participate as a delegate.For a list of Divisions, click here.

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP - $15

Individuals who are enrolled as full-time students preparing to become career and technical educators and who are not employed full time in the education system as a teacher, counselor or administrator. This membership category is serviced electronically. Student members agree to eligibility agreement upon completing the membership application with student code.

To join as a student member please email the following information to membership@ohioacte.org: Name, College/University, Expected Graduation Date.  Once this information is received you will receive an email with a code to join.

RETIRED MEMBERSHIP - $60

Individuals who are retired from active employment in career and technical education or services and have been an ACTE member for at least one year. Retired members cannot be employed either full or part time. Retired members must notify ACTE should they regain employment and renew at the professional membership rate. Members in this category are eligible to vote, serve on committees and participate as a delegate.

To join as a retired member please email membership@ohioacte.org.  Once your email is received you will receive an email with a code to join.

PART-TIME MEMBERSHIP - $90

 The Ohio ACTE Board of Directors has set the definition of a part-time employee as someone who is employed less than full-time by an employing district and not eligible for employee benefits that are afforded full-time district employees. The membership rate for qualified applicants is the current ACTE dues, plus 50% of the current Ohio ACTE dues and any Division dues which apply.

To join as a part-time member a letter from your supervisor must be faxed to 614-890-1584 in order for you to qualify for part-time employee membership rates (please include a valid email address for joining part-time member).  Once this letter is received you will receive an email with a code to join.

Please note: Membership shall begin with receipt of dues and extend for one year (12 months). Ohio ACTE is unified with our national affiliate ACTE.  All membership categories include both Ohio ACTE dues and National ACTE dues.
