Curious how your team schedules visiting students for your large Sophomore Tours? DACC currently uses an outdated system (made in Filemaker Pro..) to code students and schedule them for our large visits and we'd like to upgrade for next year. We collect permission forms and then schedule students into two programs of choice & which section of lunch they have during their visit. Ability to export into workable spreadsheets is essential.
