All-Ohio Conference Registration FAQ

Q.        Am I able to sign up for the All-Ohio Conference and my membership renewal at the same time?

A.        You will have to complete your membership renewal and event registration seperately, but both can be paid for together by check or credit card.

 

Q.        What if I want to register on behalf of someone else?

A.        Registration is tied to the Member Record meaning you will have to log-in as each person in order to register them and/or renew their membership.  Their log-in will be their e-mail address, and password will be their ACTE ID number unless they have changed it.

 

Q.        Can I have my registration confirmation emailed to two different addresses?

A.        No, not at this time. Confirmations will be sent via email so please use the registrant's email address. Changing the email address will change it in the Member Record.  If you need a copy e-mail to a second address, please contact (614) 890-2283.

 

Q.        What form of payment do you accept?

A.        We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover a personal Check, a school/business Check, or a Purchase Order.

 

Q.        I’ve entered my Purchase Order number on the registration form but now I’m at the Payment Screen and don’t see Purchase Order as an option. What do I do now?

A.        Print a copy of your invoice/confirmation and mail it in with your check.

 

Q.        What if I submit my registration but then decide later to add one of the pre-conference or post-conference events? Should I register again?

A.        No, please call the Ohio ACTE office at (614) 890-2283 and we will modify your registration.

 

Q.        What is the cut-off for online registration?

A.        Online registration for this event closes July 20.
