Wednesday, July 31: 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm (OPTIONAL)
Thursday, August 1: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Friday, August 2: 7:30 am - 12:00 pm
Exhibit Installation: Wednesday, July 31/Thursday, August 1 - There are two setup options for vendors. Wednesday, August 1 - You may set up from 1:00 - 4:00 pm, or after 7:00 pm. We do not anticipate much traffic Wednesday evening since there are no breakout sessions, but you are welcome to attend an opening networking reception with attendees from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Vendors may not setup during the reception. If you do not want to attend the reception you are welcome to wait until Thursday to setup, but we ask that you are setup by 7:30am.
Exhibit Removal: Friday, August 2 - 12:00 pm
