Officer Bios
Julie Novel, President
Julie Novel is the satellite director for C-TEC of Licking County. She has held
this position for six years; prior to coming to C-TEC, she was the project
manager for Tech Prep at the Ohio Department of Education.
She has been a member of ATPA since 2000. "ATPA keeps me involved in
legislative and policy issuers impacting Tech Prep and academics in
Career and technical education," she said. "It is also a great networking tool to meet peers
from Ohio and nationally."
