Ready to Present? 2024 ALL Ohio Conference Information for Presenters
ALL Ohio Conference Details:
Dates: July 15-17, 2024
Location: Hilton Easton Columbus
Register to attend ALL Ohio Conference
Presentation Time: 60 minutes, this includes the question and answer period. Interaction with participants is highly encouraged.
Room Requirements: Presenters may request a screen and projector; Presenters must bring their own laptops. Internet connectivity and audio speakers are available in some rooms. We recommend bringing your own audio speakers for optimal sound quality.
Conference Registration:
Presenters who are career-technical educators are asked to register and attend the entire Conference. You may register for the conference at www.ohioacte.org. Interacting with attendees outside of session times is a big benefit for all conference attendees. Ohio ACTE does not provide reimbursement for travel or other expenses related to presenting.
Before the Conference:
To finalize your participation, please be sure to complete the Presenter Agreement by July 1, 2024. Please upload your presentation using the Presentation Submissions Form. Attendees will appreciate being able to refer to your presentation.
During Your Session:
Start and end your session on time. Welcome participants and encourage participants to complete the evaluation survey for your session using the conference app. Provide a Question and Answer time and be sure to move out of the meeting room at the end of your session to continue conversations so the next presenter can set up their presentation.
Presentation Materials:
In an effort to be eco-friendly, please minimize the amount of handouts at the Conference by uploading material electronically using the online submission form. If handouts are required during the session, presenters must provide them. Ohio ACTE does not provide handouts and cannot create additional copies on site. It is difficult to estimate the number of attendees that will attend your breakout session and handouts will be available electronically.
After the Conference:
Upload your presentation materials with the submission form or email them to [email protected] for attendees to reference after the Conference, if you have not already done so.
